Sadly the wasted excuses of military assisting phone people on base (ahem: TKS) screwed the husband and he has to wait on additional 24 hours.

1. it's the day before we may finally get our free iPhone 4s via contract and without a bajillion dollars of pocket.
2. it's the day before the day I can stop carrying my nano, broken iPhone (for gps purposes), retarded temp cell and work cell all at the same time (but who's keeping track)
3. it's the day I got to see the awesomeness which will be Husband's surprise 11th anniversary gift on 12Feb (if I told you and he was blog snooping, for once, it wouldn't be a surprise!) (if you know you can FB me directly or shhh about it!)
4. it's the 3rd day of a communal inconvenient stomach bug. Ew and Thanks for Sharing but no one appreciates leaving a party early to find your own personnel toilet. I'm just saying.
5. it's the day I forget about grammar punctuation and some spelling entirely
6. it's not the day I post the new hat pattern
7. it's the day I pick up two studies worth of Bible Study to not include our little bedtime read. If one is doing biblical gluttony for God is is still a sin?
8. it's the day that I drop an entire 12 pack of soda on the ground in the military grocery parking lot and not only do cans explode everywhere but for once manners are dead and NO ONE can stop too help. stupid caffeine addiction
9. it's the day that I get all hyped up to do some new blog designs but haven't the free time to actually implement said brain explosions

a short project, really

I've begun the ultimate geek project - painting life size Marvel cartoon cutouts for our middle school camp we will be volunteering for over President's Day weekend.

Last year I was a little out of my element - herding cats er small teenage gurlz. I'm not much into makeup, twittering or giggling and am a natural instigator and bit of a loaner so do the math.

This year I volunteered for admin duties and was given the task of facilities management, much more my speed. I took it upon myself to decorate ... because why leave a cartooned themed event room boring when we can go all out!

See the evidence of the first part of that lovely project below. The husband says I like to over commit from time to time. As If!
